Contract Processing: Electrical Connection Using ACF Tape
We have contract manufacturing achievements with various mobile phone manufacturers! Introducing Haru Electronics' contract processing.
Our company uses ACF (Anisotropic Conductive Film) to establish electrical connections between liquid crystal panels and flexible printed circuits (FPC). ACF is a film in which fine conductive capsules are uniformly dispersed within a film-like adhesive tape. By placing it between the liquid crystal side electrode and the flexible side electrode, and applying pressure and temperature, the conductive capsules are crushed, creating an electrical connection. Our in-house developed bonding equipment allows for control over temperature, pressure, and time, enabling precise bonding of glass to glass. 【Features】 - Cell production is possible with our in-house developed compact equipment, leading to superior productivity. - Precise bonding of glass to glass is also possible. - We have a track record of contract manufacturing for various mobile phone manufacturers. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
